NOT MY WAY...YAHWEH

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." ~Isaiah 55:8-9

Another version: "I don't think the way you think. The way you work isn't the way I work." God's Decree. "For as the sky soars high above the earth, so the way I work surpasses the way you work, and the way I think is beyond the way you think."'

People always desire to know the future, to have some insight in life. As humans we have a desire to be in control of our lives. Because of this, when God's plan does not line up with what we want then we begin to feel out of control and often attempt to choose our plan over God's. It's just sometimes,  our desire to KNOW gets in the way. We often struggle with not knowing how God is going to use us and feeling like we need to be in on the planning. Despite all these things, we have to accept that God knows what He's doing. His thoughts and His plans for our life are so much greater than anything we could ever come up with for ourselves.

Proverbs 3:5-6 AMP, "Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths."

Put Him first in your life by inquiring of Him and following the way He has planned for you. If you do this then you will walk in His success, protection, favor, and life! There's no way like Yahweh!
