I decided to have a little fun with this thrifted blouse ($1) by cutting it off into a cropped style. It only made sense for me to pair it with a cropped bottom so I opted for this hi-low (aka mullet) dress that I scored from Old Navy's clearance for $10 a few months ago. Both the blouse and dress are made of light and airy material which are perfect for these blistering hot days we've been having here in Dallas! I can't wait for Fall!! lol

Dress: Old Navy
Blouse: Thrifted then DIY
Handbag: Chanel
Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell
Sunnies: House of Harlow
Earrings and Brooch: Vintage
Belt: Target

With Love,

The animal print looks good on you. Just one question: How can you stand to wear long sleeves in the heat??? I've been wearing short sleeves or going sleeveless all summer. But you know, everyone has their preferences.

I like that skirt - all in all, a very nice ensemble!

Kiah, thank you for commenting on my blog. I have been so out of touch here lately and I do appreciate your comments.
I love this outfit. I really like the pin at your collar. The sunnies are fierce!

Love this look...then again...I haven't seen any of your looks I haven't loved!

Methinks I shall have to take a fashion cue from you and be more courageous in my fashion choices again; I've rather fallen in a rut.

I love the wedges. I think they may be my favorite pair that YOU own! The skirt is really cute paired with the top.
