The wonderful thing about this blogosphere is the development of "cyber-friendships" with people all over the globe. Most of these people we will never get the opportunity to meet in person but this past weekend I was incredibly blessed to meet 3! While in DC visiting my sister and brand new nephew, I was able to meet up with fellow plus fashion bloggers Vivi, Bibi and Nic! Vivi found the perfect venue for us to have an amazing dinner and enjoy great company in each other. We laughed...and laughed...and laughed!
I told my sister that when I really think about it, I have friends in so many different area codes! Going forward, I vow to try and reach out to some of them if ever I am in one of their area codes. I believe our friendships can grow and last a life time! We have a sort of blogger sorority.

Bibi had never tried sushi before so we eased her in with California rolls. She loved it!

I wore an Asos Curve Dress, Ashley Stewart faux leather jacket, Lane Bryant belt and Jessica Simpson shoes.

She has the most beautiful skin and her makeup was gorgeous. Such great style and a very sweet personality!

She has amazing style and I love her personality. A wonderful planner and such a positive attitude. Twinsies in our leather jackets! ;-)

Nic is so flippin funny! I was so surprised because she seems so quiet and shy on her blog. A Beautiful young woman with a beautiful personality. Love her! btw - I love this pic of them!
My little sister (and new momma) came out with me. Coco (nickname) is always the life of the party with her crazy self. lol My sis is my bestie and I love her so so much! We balance each other so well. btw - if you are in the Virginia, Maryland or DC area and ever in need of an event planner, she owns her own business! Thank all of you ladies for taking time out of your busy schedules to come out and meet me. I felt so loved and had a great time! I hope we can do it again the next time I am in town or perhaps y'all will get the chance to come see me in the BIG "D"!!
